Clinton K.
Nash

Clinton “Clint” Nash was born
in Kent, Ohio and graduated from the prestigious Kenyon College
with degrees in Political Science, Anthropology, and Sociology.
While at Kenyon, he was elected to Phi Sigma Alpha, the
Political Science Honor Society. After college, Clint moved to
Akron, Colorado to work on his aunt and uncle’s cattle ranch.
Clint then attended the University of Colorado School of Law,
where he graduated early, while working and clerking for two
different law firms. Clint lived in Longmont during law school
and decided to build his practice there upon graduation.
Clint brings his strong work
ethic and a dedication to client service to his practice areas
of criminal defense, domestic relations, personal injury/auto
accidents, real estate transactions, collections, contract
negotiations/drafting/litigation, and business
formation/transactions. Clint believes an attorney should truly
be a “counselor of law” and prides himself on the strong
relationships he builds with his clients.
Clint also knows being a good
attorney means giving back to the community in which he lives.
He is a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks
Lodge 1055, and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, having
previously served as President and Trustee for the Odd Fellows.
During the past six years, Clint has spearheaded or worked for
ten charity events, raising over $100,000 for local charities
such as Mountain States Children Home, Creative Years Learning
Center, St. Vrain Valley Safe Shelter and a Women’s Work.
Clint’s focus on the community was recognized by the
Longmont Times-Call, which named him one of the “Longmont 100.”
